Thank you for choosing ílát. Because our pieces are crafted from raw, undyed fibers, we treat every garment as a living, biocompatible extension of the earth. We want you to feel completely connected to your purchase, but we also ask that you honor the slow-process nature of our work.
Our Policy: We want you to love your pieces. If a garment is not the right fit for your lifestyle, we accept returns for refund or store credit if requested within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- Integrity of Fiber: Each piece must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents, oils, or signs of wear. To maintain the purity of our undyed cotton, we can only accept items in their original, pristine condition with all tags attached.
- Original Packaging: Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to protect the garment during transit.
- Exclusions: To honor the limited, small-batch nature of our production, all international orders, jewelry, and any items marked as ‘Final Sale’ in the product description are not eligible for return or exchange.
A Note on Our Process: Returns that do not meet these conditions—or show signs of use—cannot be accepted, as we cannot restore the raw fiber to its original state. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
Pre-Order Policy :As each garment is meticulously slow-knit to order, all pre-order purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
